We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on your location.
How do you ensure the diecast cars are protected during transit?
We take collector-grade packaging seriously. Every model is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy, oversized box with additional padding to prevent card bending or blister damage.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your item arrives with damage not noted in the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to initiate a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer combined shipping for multiple purchases?
Yes! If you purchase multiple items, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout to offer a discounted combined rate based on the total weight of your package.
Are the cars listed in 'New' condition?
Most of our inventory is 'New in Package' (NIP). However, we also stock rare vintage pieces; the specific condition of both the car and the card/box is always detailed in the product description.
