At Lot57 Diecast Cars | 1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your items back into their original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
